Customer service was great everybody was kind, inviting and had no problem explaining the menu, if you can't decide what to order. They have a large menu of different seafood idea to choose from, and everything is cooked fresh to ordered. I ordered two lump crab cake platters and a pound of steamed Shrimp. The crab cakes were cooked perfect and they were ALL meat (no heavy breading). I ordered fries, hush puppies, and deviled eggs as a side. The fries are amazing , the hush puppies are good as well, but the deviled eggs are lack luster to say the least . The steamed shrimp were spot on and they come with onions and obay for free . Waterman's seafood pride definitely gets my stamp of "Baltimore seafood place you must eat in if you visit". The prices are surprisingly reasonable when you think about the delicious seafood dishes they're serving . I don't have anything bad to say about my experience, the deviled eggs are wack but I feel like I'm jus knit picking . It's in a great shopping center that has a 3 movie theater, Rita's and other stores to shop in. I'd suggest you try Waterman's Pride Seafood if you're ever craving seafood .

First time customer ordered 2 dozen medium males for Memorial Day. Crabs were full and had perfect amount of seasoning. We will be back.
From Ohio “crabcakes” are smashed patties with almost no crab in them. This places crabcakes are literally shredded crab and are so delicious. It was the best 15 dollars on a sandwich I have ever spent
We were promptly greeted when we walked into the door with hello both are the owner and the associate behind the counter. They had a great display of food there any kind of seafood you want and they had different specials and everything looked great. I got oysters, fried oysters and they were great and you get a lot for your money. Will definitely go back.
Waterman’s staff arrived on time and provided the most delicious food and crabs. They were very attentive to each and every guest. It was truly a pleasure to work with them. All of the guests were very pleased with the quality and quantity of food served. The staff truly exceeded all expectations. We highly recommend Waterman’s and look forward to having them service our crab feast next year.
